This is a combination antibiotic + antiprotozoal medicine used in children for stomach and intestinal infections.
Ofloxacin – a broad-spectrum fluoroquinolone antibiotic that kills many harmful bacteria.
Metronidazole Benzoate – effective against anaerobic bacteria and protozoa (like amoeba, giardia).
Together, they treat mixed bacterial and protozoal gut infections that cause diarrhoea and dysentery.

Acute infectious diarrhoea
Gastroenteritis (bacterial stomach infection)
Dysentery (bloody stools with infection)
Amoebic dysentery / giardiasis
