Levosalbutamol IP (0.63 mg): A short-acting bronchodilator (SABA). Relaxes the muscles in the airways, making it easier to breathe.

Ipratropium Bromide (500 mcg, anhydrous): An anticholinergic bronchodilator. Works by blocking certain nerve signals, keeping airways open and reducing mucus secretion.

Form: Typically a repsule for nebulizer or inhalation solution.

Combination Therapy: Provides fast and effective relief from bronchospasm by combining two mechanisms: muscle relaxation (Levosalbutamol) and nerve signal blocking (Ipratropium).
