This is a triple-combination paediatric formulation used for the relief of cold, fever, and nasal congestion.
Paracetamol (125 mg): An analgesic and antipyretic that reduces fever, headache, and body pain.
Chlorpheniramine Maleate (1 mg): An antihistamine that relieves runny nose, sneezing, watery eyes, and allergic symptoms.
Phenylephrine Hydrochloride (2.5 mg): A nasal decongestant that shrinks blood vessels in the nasal passages, reducing blocked/stuffy nose.
