This is a broad-spectrum antibiotic + antiprotozoal combination used in children.

Ofloxacin – a fluoroquinolone antibiotic that kills harmful bacteria.

Metronidazole Benzoate – fights certain bacteria and protozoa (germs that cause stomach and intestinal infections).
Together, they are effective in treating mixed bacterial & parasitic infections of the stomach and intestines.
