This is a combination antibiotic + antiprotozoal medicine used in children for stomach and intestinal infections.

• Ofloxacin – a broad-spectrum fluoroquinolone antibiotic that kills many harmful bacteria.

• Metronidazole Benzoate – effective against anaerobic bacteria and protozoa (like amoeba, giardia).

Together, they treat mixed bacterial and protozoal gut infections that cause diarrhoea and dysentery.
