Suspension

Azinolix XL 100 Suspension is a pediatric antibiotic oral suspension used for the treatment of a wide range of bacterial infections. It is commonly prescribed for infections affecting the ear, nose, throat, lungs, skin, and gastrointestinal tract.

This medicine contains Azithromycin 100 mg, a macrolide antibiotic that works by inhibiting bacterial protein synthesis, thereby stopping the growth and spread of infection-causing bacteria.

Azinolix XL 100 is typically given orally once daily, as directed by the physician. It may be taken with or without food, but giving it with food can help reduce stomach discomfort in children. The dose is determined based on the child’s age, body weight, and severity of infection.

For best results, it is important to complete the full prescribed course even if symptoms improve earlier. Stopping the medicine prematurely may lead to recurrence of infection or antibiotic resistance.

Respiratory Infections: Treats cough, cold, throat infection, sinus infection, and pneumonia caused by bacteria.

Ear and Skin Infections: Helps reduce infection and swelling in ears and on the skin.

Other Bacterial Infections: Effective for urinary tract infections or other bacterial illnesses, as prescribed by the doctor.
